Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove Heron Dispatch's access to your social accounts and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Remove access in Facebook

• Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
• Choose Apps and Websites (under Security or Business Integrations).
• Find Heron Dispatch, select Remove, and confirm.

For Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Heron Dispatch. For Threads, open Settings, then Account, then Website permissions, and remove Heron Dispatch.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email CLee@leelegalgroup.com with the subject "Heron Dispatch data deletion request". Include the email address on your account and the name of the Page or account you connected.

We will delete your account details, connection permissions, brand materials and posts within 30 days and confirm by email. Posts already published to your social accounts stay there until you remove them yourself.
