Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Trenton Hoyt LLC, the owner of Heron Dispatch. By using herondispatch.com or the Heron Dispatch service, you agree to them.

The service

Heron Dispatch writes, designs, schedules and publishes social media posts based on your brand standards and website. Accounts are set up by Trenton Hoyt in the customer Studio.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information, and only connect social accounts you are allowed to manage.

Your content

You keep ownership of your logos, brand materials and website content. You give us permission to use them to create and publish your posts. You are responsible for the posts published to your accounts, including any you set to post automatically without approval. Please review posts for accuracy.

Acceptable use

You may not use Heron Dispatch to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or harassing, that infringes someone else's rights, or that breaks the rules of Facebook, Instagram, Threads or any other network we post to.

Social networks

Posting depends on Meta and other networks. Their outages, rule changes or decisions to limit an account are outside our control.

Fees

Fees are set in your agreement with Trenton Hoyt. See pricing for details.

Ending service

You may stop using Heron Dispatch at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After your account ends, you can ask us to delete your data.

Disclaimers and limits

Heron Dispatch is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Trenton Hoyt LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with disputes heard in Harris County, Texas.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
